When you find something you like click on the item, choose your required size then ‘Add to Basket’. You can continue browsing our site and add other clothes to your order, until you are ready to pay.
Check your order at any time by clicking on the Basket symbol. When you have finished choosing and you’re ready to pay click on ‘Checkout’ which will start the payment process. This will take you to our HSBC payment system on their award winning secure server, so your credit card details are safe.
We will send you notification of your order by email.
By Telephone
You can place an order with us direct by calling +44(0)20 8440 8550 between the hours of 9.00am to 5 pm GMT Monday to Friday and 9.30am to midday GMT on Saturday. Please have your credit or debit card to hand when you call.
By Post
For environmental reasons we’d prefer to receive your order via the website or on our order line +44 (0)20 8440 8550 as it saves paper! However we can accept orders by post- just quote the item name and catalogue number, size, total cost plus P&P and contact details (including phone number in case there is a problem with the order) with payment for the full amount or you can detach the order from the back of our printed catalogue.
Please refer to the Method of Payment section for details of the type of payment we will accept.
Please allow an extra 10 working days for a postal order to arrive as we have to wait for your cheque to clear.

International Orders
We are pleased to be able to offer a Worldwide service.
All payments will be in Great British Pounds Sterling and please allow us 10 working days, although you should receive your purchase before this, we cannot make any guarantees.
Our deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Signed-For Airmail service.

All prices and payments are made in Great British Pounds Sterling.
We will need to take a few details about you including the address to where your credit card is registered and where you want your order delivered (if different). Don’t worry, all these details are completely secure. Your information and Credit Card details are not stored on our server so they cannot be hacked.
Our payments are processed by HSBC so you will leave our site at this point to have your payments processed by the HSBC’s award winning service. You will be re-directed back to our site once payment has been taken for us to issue you confirmation of your order.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Maestro & Solo. We do not accept American Express.
We will accept cheques, postal orders and International Money Orders in Great British Pounds Sterling made payable to Green Eyed Monster Clothing Ltd.
PROCESSING AND HANDLING YOUR ORDER
Stock
We aim to process all orders from stock. If we have sold out of an item the website will be adjusted and/or we will contact you with a view to voiding the order, pre-ordering the items or substituting your choice for an alternative.
Processing
All our orders are processed within one working day of receipt.
Shipping to UK mainland and Northern Ireland is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded which has to be signed-for so please give us an alternative delivery address in order for someone to receive the package if you are not going to be in.
For delivery to the rest of the World we use Royal Mail’s International Signed-For Airmail service.
Gift Wrap
All non sale clothing items purchased direct through Green Eyed Monster are carefully gift wrapped as standard in re-cycled tissue paper and packed in a gift box made from re-cycled, unbleached card, manufactured in Europe.
If you would like us to include a gift message, at no further cost, then please phone through the order and we’ll be happy to oblige and write a personal note on one of our stylish postcards to include in the order.
Our mailing bags are made from 95% recycled materials and are fully recyclable. Please re-use if possible.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to Green Eyed Monster Clothing Ltd at 21 Puller Road, Barnet, Herts EN5 7HG within 14 days in an unused condition, complete with labelling, for a full refund of the purchase price excluding Postage &Packaging, or an exchange.
Exchange
You can exchange goods within 30 days, no questions asked as long as it is returned to us in an unused, unwashed condition and is complete with labelling.
We will not exchange or refund any worn or washed item unless it is faulty.
You must pay for return postage on any items you wish to exchange, although we will cover the cost of the re-issue of the order in accordance to our normal postage policy. Please obtain a proof of postage or record the delivery. We will not take responsibility for returneditems lost in the post.
Please allow two working days from receipt of the goods to process an exchange.
Don’t forget to list what replacement item youwould like, and any additional payment if you want a more expensive item. Also, let us know the reason for your exchange so we can spot any potential trends, it will help us to help you in the long term.
Faulty Items
If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail enquires@green-eyed-monster.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 8440 8550 to discuss the fault and for the best way to proceed with the return.
Refunds
We need proof of purchase to action a refund. Without this a credit note will be issued.
Credit card transactions can only be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase. If this is not possible due to expiration or loss of card, a cheque will be posted out to the billing address.
If you are posting an item for refund, please obtain a proof of postage or record the delivery. We will be unable to refund items lost in the post without this proof.
Please allow two working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving this confirmation email, allow a further 7-10 working days which is dependant on your bank or card issuer, for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you purchased a sale item you will only be refunded the sale price.
If an item has been placed on sale since your purchase we will refund the full amount in accordance with your receipt. Without a receipt we will issue a credit note to the value of the sale price.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
CARE FOR YOUR GARMENT
Jersey
In preference we would like you to hand wash your garment or machine wash it at an environmentally friendly 30° gentle cycle with natural detergent and an on-the-spot stain remover if needed. You can however, machine wash at up to 40°. Wash with like colours.
You should line or hang dry although the garment can be tumble-dried on a moderate heat (max 60°).
Knitwear
Please hand wash these items and dry flat.
PRIVACY POLICY
Green Eyed Monster will not share your details with any third party.
We will not email you more than 6 times a year.
We will automatically send you our new catalogues.
We can remove your details if you would not like to receive emails or the catalogue.
